Shipping & Delivery
Shoes are dispatched on receipt of your kind order (if in stock), otherwise within 3 to 5 days. On rare occasions, if both the manufacturers and ourselves are out of stock, we will advise you accordingly of the expected date. You will be sent a non-automated email confirming your order and expected delivery date. This is usually sent within 24 hours. Recorded delivery is used for all orders.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery in the UK for all footwear items, luggage and larger accessories. Small accessories are shipped free if ordered with footwear or other large accessory items.
Shipping Groups
All products are in one of five shipping groups labelled A to E. This not a strict categorisation - for example - some lighter luggage items might be classified as B or C incurring a smaller shipping fee.

* Small Accessory Items
Some small accessory items (those in shipping groups D and E) will incur shipping fees if they are despatched without other larger items. However, you may order up to 6 of these items with each pair of shoes or luggage item without incurring a shipping fee.
