Ordering Information

We have a number of ordering options available. Most customers prefer our shopping basket in combination with a secure server for credit card submission.

We also welcome orders by telephone, fax, and our secure order form.

Once your order is submitted you will receive a non-automated email confirming your order. We aim to confirm all orders within one working day. The expected delivery date will be confirmed at this time.

When we process your order we will require the following:

• Credit Card Number, Valid Date and Expiry Date (VISA, Master Card, switch or AmEx)
• Your Name, Address and Contact Telephone Number
• Your Order Details

Ordering By Fax

Please print out our fax order form (this form should open in a new window). Fill in the details and fax it to us on +44 (0)1422 367609. Your order will be processed in the usual way, and we can fax back a receipt if you request one (see the form).
