Rieker History

Herr Heinrich Rieker founder of Rieker Shoes opened his first factory in 1874. The company was successful and by 1924 had over 1000 employees, it has always remained under family control and in the year 1964 had almost doubled the work force.

In 1975 Markus Rieker took control and has progressed the company to be of one of the most sort after shoe brands in the world.
