What to wear to Wimbledon

From Royals to us regular people, everyone wants to look their best for the most prestigious and glamorous tennis tournament of the year.

For Wimbledon 2018 cool and comfortable is most definitely the order of the day.

With temperatures higher than many parts of Europe, sunnies, floppy hats and copious amounts of sun-block are definitely advisable.

Many ladies are going for the ever-popular pretty tea-dress with comfy flats or wedges:

To match this casual look, the guys are going for soft summer suits with pastel ties and athleisure shoes or even Birkenstocks:

For those who prefer more the formal Royal Box look to complement the strawberries and champagne, maybe a crisp white linen pant suit or floaty chiffon number with a rather expensive price tag.

In keeping with the quintessentially British theme, a beautifully designed pair of sandals or shoes from the Van Dal Made-in-England range would be just the ticket for “ladies who lunch”:

Equally classically styled mens shoes for the partners who are suited and booted and dressed to impress:

All-in-all there’s no denying that Wimbledon is a very stylish and fabulous annual event. And one which I for one am very proud to say brings out the patriotic side of my nature.
